| Wenrui developed CSMP chemi-mechanical pulp process equipments (C stands for Chemical,S stands for SLG multi-function pulping machine, M stands for mechanical, P stands for pulp). The research and experimentation of 75t/d CSMP process has been completed. The trial-manufacture and application of the key equipments of CSMP process has also been completed. The key equipments of CSMP process include SLG double screw multi-function pulping machine, extrusion and splitting machine, impregnator, raw material washer, single screw press, bark and stalk separator, etc. Compared with chemical pulping process, this process has such advantages as less investment, low operating cost, low water consumption, high pulp yield, light pollution load and realizing clean production. This process filled a technological gap in China, reaching international advanced level. This process is not only suitable for large-scale production, but also suitable for medium and small pulp mills.
